Please visit waynecc.edu and click on My Bison ID at the top of the page for full login information and to gain access to the full suite of WCC tools and resources. Full-session fall courses will be available in Moodle by 8 AM August 17, 2020. Courses with later start dates will not appear in your account until the actual start dates. Meaning late-start (12-week courses) or Fall 2 courses will not appear in your Moodle account on the first day of fall full semester courses. Help sessions: eLearning will host virtual Q & A sessions for students with questions about online learning on August 17th and 18th from 9AM-noon each day. To join these sessions click this link: https://us.bbcollab.com/guest/32b61992d8c542698962a17a3622d9db These sessions are open to all students with Moodle/Online learning questions. Additionally, we offer student assistance throughout the semester during regular campus hours. Tips for joining the online help sessions: 1. The link works best in Google Chrome, and will not work at all in Internet Explorer. 2. Your browser (Chrome is preferred) will prompt you to allow access to your camera and microphone. 3. If you're prompted to do the audio test- don't panic if you don't hear your own voice. The test is to determine if others can hear you, so all you will notice is the purple bar moving in the test window. 4. All questions are welcome. If you are not able to connect or are not comfortable using the online meeting link, you may visit eLearning in WLC 305. Keep in mind masks are required on campus and we will maintain social distancing. You are also welcome to call the office at 919-739-7029 or 919-739-7023. Students with password issues should visit My Bison ID for assistance https://www.waynecc.edu/mybisonid/ Please remember students with password issues (those who cannot log into Okta and then access Moodle) should contact the Open Computer Lab 919-739-7032 or email: wcc-ocl@waynecc.edu. Outside of campus business hours please contact the 24/7 Help Desk . Once student can log in, we are happy to provide Moodle support via phone, Hangouts/Meet, and in-person following social distancing guidelines. Spring 2019 Moodle Help Sessions The Department of eLearning is hosting a Moodle Walk-in Help session March 5th from 8 AM to noon each day. Students with Moodle questions are welcome to stop by the office in WLC 305 with any Moodle/Online Learning related questions. These sessions are for walk-in assistance, there is no set agenda.
